Terms of Service
Effective 14 June 2026
Welcome to Preciter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Preciter software-as-a-service (the "Service") provided by Vibgyor Prints LLC ("Preciter", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who can use Preciter
Preciter is intended for businesses operating in the printing industry — print shops, designers, and resellers. To sign up you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register
- Provide accurate business details during signup
- Pass our approval process — we approve subscribers manually within ~24 hours of signup
2. The tiers and what they include
Preciter offers three subscription tiers, configurable per subscriber by the Preciter team:
- Pulse — the pricing calculator for personal or office use
- Store — Pulse plus customer-facing product catalog
- Studio — Store plus multi-product project assembly
Your active tier is shown in your dashboard. Preciter may adjust feature availability across tiers with reasonable notice.
3. Your data
Everything you enter — paper rates, plate rates, finishing rates, products, customers, quotes — belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to operate the Service.
We enforce row-level security: another subscriber cannot read or modify your data. Preciter administrators can view subscriber data for support and compliance purposes only; all such access is logged.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
4. The pricing math
Preciter calculates prices from rates that you enter. We do not set prices for your jobs. The math is documented in our public docs and follows industry-standard formulas (rate per kg × GSM × area for paper; fixed + per-thousand for printing; per-100-sqin × impressions for finishing).
We make every reasonable effort to keep the math correct, but Preciter is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing quotes before sharing them with customers. We are not liable for under- or over-quoted jobs arising from your rate inputs.
5. Payments & subscription
Pricing is custom per shop during early access. Payment terms — frequency, currency, refunds — are agreed between you and Preciter on a per-subscription basis. Late payment may result in your account being paused (you keep your data; you lose feature access).
See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Service
- Resell Preciter as your own product
- Use Preciter to support illegal printing (counterfeit currency, fraudulent documents, etc.)
- Abuse our APIs or attempt to bypass row-level security
- Share your subscriber account credentials with anyone outside your business
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@printcalc.app. We may pause, reject, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of urgent security or legal risk.
On termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that we may delete it from active systems (backups retained per our Privacy Policy).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preciter's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address you registered with at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
