Privacy Policy

Vibgyor Prints LLC ("Preciter", "we") operates the Preciter software-as-a-service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

1. What we collect

Account data

• Business name, email, password (hashed via Supabase Auth)
• Currency, country, contact details
• Tier requested + signup reason

Business data you enter

• Paper categories, paper stocks, paper rates
• Plate (printing) rates, lamination, UV, binding, pasting rates
• Products, customers, quotes, orders, projects

Usage data

• IP address, browser, device type (for security & debugging)
• Pages visited, actions taken (logged for support)
• Cookies for authentication sessions only — no third-party tracking cookies

2. How we use it

• Provide the Service — run the calculator, store your quotes
• Process subscription requests (admin approval flow)
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Send service emails (approval, billing, security alerts)
• Debug + improve Preciter (aggregated analytics, never personally identifying)

3. Who sees your data

Other subscribers cannot see your data.Row-level security on every table ensures one subscriber's queries return only their own rows.

Preciter administratorscan access subscriber data for support, billing, and compliance purposes only. All admin actions are logged in our audit log with timestamps and the admin's user ID.

Service providers we use to deliver Preciter:

• Supabase — managed PostgreSQL database + authentication (data resides in the AWS region we configure)
• Vercel — application hosting (edge + serverless)
• Email transactional service (only for service emails)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or third-party analytics platforms.

4. International transfers

Preciter is operated from India. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in India and any other country where our service providers operate (currently AWS regions for Supabase, global edge for Vercel).

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correct — update inaccurate information directly in your dashboard, or by contacting us
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export — download your data in machine-readable form
• Object — to specific processing activities

Email privacy@printcalc.app to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

• Active accounts: data retained as long as your subscription is active
• Paused or rejected accounts: data retained for 12 months in case you reactivate
• Deleted accounts: data removed from active systems within 30 days; backups purged within 90 days
• Audit logs: retained for 7 years for compliance

7. Security

• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (via Supabase Auth)
• All traffic encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Database encrypted at rest
• Row-level security policies on every table holding user data
• Admin actions logged in append-only audit log

Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

8. Children

Preciter is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect.
