Refund Policy
Effective 14 June 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of Preciter, operated by Vibgyor Prints LLC.
1. 14-day full refund
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid invoice. No questions asked — email billing@printcalc.app from the email registered on your account.
2. After 14 days
For subscriptions older than 14 days, refunds are pro-rated: we refund the unused portion of your current billing cycle, rounded to the nearest day. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle unless you specifically request immediate termination.
3. What is not refundable
- Annual subscriptions where more than 60 days have elapsed (pro-rated refunds only in your final 30 days notice period)
- One-time setup fees if Preciter has already delivered the setup work
- Add-on services (custom feature work, custom rate-sheet import, dedicated support) that have been delivered
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@printcalc.app with:
- The email address registered on your account
- Your business name
- The reason for the refund (helps us improve — not used to deny refunds within the 14-day window)
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
5. Account access after refund
Once a refund is processed, your account moves to paused status — you keep access to your data for 30 days to export or back up. After 30 days, the account is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a credit card chargeback — we will almost always resolve the issue faster. Disputed chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension until resolved.
